Josh was born in the central valley of California. He was invited to a youth ministry as a teenager and was saved by Jesus at age 15. Immediately he desired to serve Jesus and after high school attended a ministry discipleship program where he met his bride, Stephanie.

Following their wedding and serving in various ministry environments, Josh joined the United States Army. While serving for 8 years he earned a Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Josh has served Faith Community Church as Lead Pastor since 2017. Josh and Stephanie have three Children: Micah, Josiah, and Isaiah.

Chuck Olson

Student Ministries


Chuck graduated from Northwestern University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry. Chuck came on staff at FCC in June of 2014. Chuck also spent one and a half years helping plant the Torrent Church in Prescott, WI. He is attending Antioch School and working towards his Master’s Degree.

Chuck and his wife Melissa have four children. Charlie, Ava, Levi, and Henry. They started attending Faith Community in 2001. The Lord works through all our situations in life and began really speaking to Chuck early in their marriage. Chuck and Melissa started attending church and getting involved with different ministries along the way and now their life reflects a missional movement that helps advance the Gospel of Christ. The Olson's help lead the charge in missions such as Faith Works and God's Guys. These mission fields help grow people closer to God.

Brynn Andrea

Children's Ministry


Brynn met her husband Jared in 2007 while attending UW-Eau Claire. They were married in 2009 and moved to New Richmond a few years later. In 2014, she received her Masters of Education Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. 

Brynn previously worked both as an early intervention tutor and as a high school English teacher.  She is passionate about education and prays that God will use her to fulfill his purpose for Children’s Ministry at FCC. 

Denny Dennhardt

Director of Executive Ministries and Compassion

ACBC Certified Biblical Counselor


Denny and Harriet moved to New Richmond in June, 2011 right after getting married. Denny retired from 3M and Harriet from the State of Minnesota Dept of Corrections. Denny is now Director of Compassion Ministries and is a biblical counselor here at Faith. Denny and Harriet do Compassion intakes together and are an integral part in helping those who need biblical counsel. Denny leads our team of counselors and is continually training and lifting them up in prayer.
